You made me wanna open up my drawing materials, it's fascinating how we always have tools around us and all we have to do is use them. Such a beautiful post ❤️

Yes, do it! These are just for more practice, but if it inspires someone else to draw, then it was worth to share!

Thank you Melissa. I can't remember the last Ube dessert I had. We actually went there right at closing and they gave us this for free because they had some leftover at the end of day. Score!

I recently wrote someone something important, and because I have terrible handwriting, thought "I should just email this". But because of the digital black hole, I didn't. Interestingly, I realized that once I'd given it away, I didn't have a copy I could read. We are so accustomed to being able to review our own emails and texts, after the fact.

Thank you for this beautifully written piece.

I think it's good not to re-read! We can write and release. I only lament about the emails because I'm curious about the contents. What happened after the fact is what matters more ☺️

I also had a car accident story that made me change the way I look at my parents. We weren’t in it together but the way they acted toward me afterward changed how I perceived them, especially my dad. Maybe I’ll write about it someday.

Thank you for sharing my essay. Happy Mother’s Day.
