i am a long time Joy the Baker fan! Many of my best recipes are actually hers. I only make breakfast stuff at our house, I think also because of a baby-related division of labor that has stuck. I feel so grateful that he has taken it on and kept it because I truly hate cooking dinners. I think because I was a latch-key kid and had to often make it for our whole family.

My kid asked me that same question once when my husband went out of town, “Who’s going to make dinner?” Ha! The Thai restaurant down the street, kid!
